VT Elektro-PLAST provides engineering and manufacturing solutions for rechargeable battery packs used in power tools, garden equipment, robotic lawnmowers, mobility applications and other specialised devices.
The company supports projects from product development and manufacturability optimisation through prototyping, tooling and industrialisation to automated series production. Battery pack manufacturing combines automated cell handling, resistance and laser welding, soldering, dispensing, screwdriving and robotic assembly with integrated quality control.
Production processes can include cell parameter and polarity checks, camera-based inspection, ICT and End-of-Line functional testing, charging tests, laser marking and full product traceability. Solutions are developed for reliable high-volume manufacturing and can be adapted to customer-specific mechanical, electrical and quality requirements.
